Sarah serves as the point person, manager, analyst, and general support for the success of university-wide committees and councils related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, primarily and foremost the newly formed Equity and Inclusion Council. She joins the Academy with experience having partnered with organizations, coalitions, and initiatives across the St. Louis region on research, strategy, facilitation, and organizational process improvement through the lens of Racial Equity.
